The credentialed Executive Director, Sam Rosenberg is rumored to be the nicest guy you'll ever meet, despite his law degree and black belt. Maybe they're just afraid to say otherwise? But with employees working at Holiday Villa East for over 30 years and tenants residing here for almost 25 years (see picture of Levy age 103 below) he must be doing something right.
